Remote Support

There are occasions when we will need to access your server remotely to help you resolve an issue. We use TeamViewer to do this and you can download the TeamViewer Support Client from http://download.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewerQS_en.exe.

When you run the client on your server it will display an ID and Passcode. Please can you let the SchoolsICT Support Team know the ID and password.

This client will allow SchoolsICT remote access to your designated server to diagnose any support issues.
