ZiLink Timetable not showing weeks in advance

The ZiLink Timetable is able to view timetables in advance by selecting the week you want to view from the drop-down box.

If there are only one or two weeks showing or you want to increase the number of weeks in the drop-down box go to Site administration > ZiLink > Bookings > Rooms > Configuration and select the number of weeks in advance that you want.

 

If you are not using ZiLink Room Booking, then altering this number will only effect the timetables. Remember, you can remove ZiLink Room Booking by adjusting permissions for the role that you do not want to have access.
