SIMS records are not matching with existing Moodle accounts

If you have checked that you a Moodle account for the SIMS record you are trying to match and ZiLink is not finding the Moodle account, check the following:

  1. Confirm the spelling of the name in the SIMS record exactly matches the spelling of the name in the Moodle account.
  2. The matching process is case-sensitive so confirm that the case of the letters in the name in the SIMS record exactly match the case of the letters in the Moodle account.
