HowTo: Add Teachers to a Guardian Session

When the session has been created it also requires Teachers to be added to the session.

Navigate to Site administration > ZiLink > Guardian > Session > Manage.

Find the session in the list of sessions and click the magnifying glass.

  1. If you need to use the search box to help you list the Available Teachers. Use the 'Search options' if that will help you.
  2. Select the teacher or teachers you wish to add. You can multi-select using Ctrl+ and click on each teacher to select them.
  3. Click 'Add' to add them to the 'Bookable Teachers' list.
  4. When you have added all the teachers for this session, click 'Back'.
