HowTo: Create a Session in Guardian Scheduler

Scheduler is used to create a schedule containing appointment sessions. For example, Scheduler is used to create  a schedule for a parent evening so that parents can book appointments with their child's teachers from within Guardian View. Also, teachers can create appointments for parents and students.

Navigate to Site administration > ZiLink > Guardian > Schedular > Manage.

This is a list of created schedules. You can delete or edit an existing schedule.

To create a new schedule, click 'Create New Guardian Session'.

Complete Session Information

Complete Session Information
  1. Select a start date and time for the session.
  2. Select an end date and time for the session.
  3. Enter the length of each session, e.g. 15 for 15 minutes.
  4. Type a description of the sessions, e.g. Year 7 Parents Evening.
  5. Click 'Save changes'.
