What help can I expect?

ZiLink Community User

A ZiLink Community User will have a valid license for ZiNET Connect and, download and installed ZiLink from the Moodle Plugins Directory. ZiNET Connect will be supported by SchoolsICT Ltd and support for ZiLink is available through the Knowledge Base and the Community Forum.

You can:

  • access the Manuals in our Knowledge Base for both ZiNET Connect and ZiLink;
  • request e-mail support for ZiNET Connect by e-mailing support@schoolsict.net;
  • use the ZiLink Community forum to outline the problem and request help from fellow users;
  • receive automatic updates to ZiNET Connect;
  • receive notifications in your Moodle of updates to ZiLink.

ZiLink Premium Subscription 

A ZiLink Premium Subscriber will have a valid license for ZiNET Connect and, downloaded and installed ZiLink from the Moodle Plugins Directory. ZiNET Connect and ZiLink will be supported by SchoolsICT Ltd together with access to the Knowledge Base, Community Forum, ZiLink Parent Guides, ZiLink Teacher Guides, Moodle Guides for Teachers and Discovering Moodle.

You can:

  • access advice and a consultation to configure and rollout ZiLink successfully;
  • access the Manuals in our Knowledge Base for both ZiNET Connect and ZiLink;
  • access and download Parent and Teacher Guides for ZiLink;
  • access Moodle Guides for Teachers;
  • access Discovering Moodle;
  • request e-mail support for ZiNET Connect by e-mailing support@schoolsict.net;
  • request e-mail support for ZiLink subject to a Service Level Agreement by e-mailing support@schoolsict.net;
  • use the ZiLink Community forum to outline the problem and request help from fellow users;
  • receive automatic updates to ZiNET Connect;
  • receive notifications in your Moodle of updates to ZiLink.
